Responsibilities

• Manage service cases from opening through resolution and closure.
• Install systems, perform preventive maintenance and upgrades, and respond to urgent field repairs.
• Support new-product installations, launches and customer training.
• Provide technical support to customers, distributors and internal teams across the region.
• Manage spare-parts movements and related service administration, including quotations, orders, invoices and shipping.
• Follow warranty and service-contract obligations and keep service records current.
• Coordinate with commercial, clinical and technical colleagues across MEA to resolve customer issues.
• Travel extensively across the assigned region as required, with the source indicating approximately 50–70% travel.

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Generally at least three years of relevant field-service experience.
• Experience with electrophysiology technologies such as 3D cardiac mapping systems, RF generators or related diagnostic equipment is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer-support, communication and independent field-work capabilities are required for the regional scope.
