Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-service experience in the Gulf market.
• Arabic language is required.
• Degree or relevant professional certification.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
