Role Overview

Endoscopy Registered Nurse role delivering safe nursing care before, during and after endoscopic procedures within Amana Healthcare.

Responsibilities

Assess and prepare patients; verify readiness and consent; assist physicians during endoscopy; administer and monitor prescribed medication/sedation within scope; monitor vital signs and recovery; maintain equipment and infection-control standards; document care and procedure-related observations; educate patients and families; recognise and escalate complications; and participate in quality, safety and multidisciplinary care.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing with current/eligible UAE professional licence, BLS and relevant clinical certification. Requires recent endoscopy/procedural nursing experience and competence in patient monitoring, infection prevention and emergency response.
