Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for hardware, software and IT issues; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other equipment; support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and business applications; manage user accounts, permissions, passwords and access; troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, VPN and connectivity problems; document support activity and escalate complex issues as appropriate.

Requirements and Qualifications

Relevant IT/computer qualification and practical support capability in end-user hardware, Windows, Microsoft 365, account/access management and basic networking. Strong communication, troubleshooting and customer-support skills are required.
