Role Overview

Medical Affairs leadership role for SEHA Clinics combining clinical governance, physician privileging, service development, regulatory readiness and medical performance management.

Responsibilities

Lead or participate in governance committees including morbidity and mortality, privileging and occupational-health boards; manage physician privileging, re-privileging and scope expansion; audit privileges and competencies; review cases and close improvement actions; lead physician meetings; coordinate regulatory readiness for programmes such as IFHAS, well-child, premarital screening and obesity management; support new clinical services and procedures; track Medical Affairs KPIs; lead medical departments; improve clinical outcomes, productivity, revenue opportunities and cost efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. The vacancy seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Specialist/Consultant background together with leadership capability in medical affairs, governance and healthcare operations.

Skills
