Role Overview

Mediclinic Middle East is recruiting a Systems Analyst to provide advanced L1/L2 support, configuration and optimisation of InterSystems TrakCare across patient administration, revenue-cycle and clinical workflows while driving AI automation.

Responsibilities

• Test applications, report defects and test results, support patch rollouts and manage issue trackers with vendors and line management.
• Support system implementation, dry runs/simulations and post-go-live activities.
• Train end users on TrakCare and related applications.
• Lead allocated projects against agreed milestones.
• Provide L1/L2 support and log incidents, problems and change requests for TrakCare and other systems to maintain service continuity.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives within the department.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant IT degree or diploma; ITIL v3 Foundations and AI-tool certification are desirable.
• At least five years of UAE healthcare experience and at least three years of InterSystems TrakCare experience.
• Experience across clinical, patient-administration and RCM modules including registration, appointments, insurance, billing, claims, revenue, eRx/e-claims and clinical workflows.
• Ability to design/build AI agents, copilots and intelligent automation; seven years in hospital IT/RCM/clinical systems is desirable.
• Knowledge of HIS implementation/support, application-fix/patch testing and strong English communication.
