Role Overview

Operational procurement and supply-chain role in Istanbul spanning purchase-order execution, logistics coordination and order follow-up from project preparation through delivery and handover.

Responsibilities

• Support the process from sales-stage/site assessment and preparation through installation, commissioning and customer handover.
• Convert approved indirect-procurement requisitions into SAP purchase orders and manage subsequent order changes.
• Coordinate local and international transportation requirements.
• Ensure goods and services are delivered completely, on time and in accordance with requirements to the warehouse, project site or customer.
• Prepare and maintain regular order-follow-up reports for projects and business-unit orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery and purchasing issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally including operational purchasing.
• Solid understanding of operational procurement and purchase-order management.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Strong supplier communication and follow-up capability.
• Excellent English.
• Ability to use AI tools for analysis, reporting, research and process efficiency.
