Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Perform nursing assessment and therapeutic skills and assist physicians during patient care.
- Educate patients and families and document care accurately.
- Apply infection-control and safety requirements and support basic-life-support and emergency response.
- Participate in quality-improvement and research initiatives relevant to the nursing service.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of nursing experience.
- Nursing degree from a recognized nursing school.
- Valid Kuwait Ministry of Health nursing licence.
- Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Diabetes-care experience or certification is an advantage.
- English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
