Role Overview

Group Culture & Engagement Supervisor role supporting employee culture, engagement and experience initiatives across Saudi German Health from its Egypt offshore office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employee-engagement and workplace-culture initiatives across the organisation.
• Plan engagement campaigns, events, recognition programmes and employee-experience activities.
• Support initiatives that reinforce organisational values and desired workplace culture.
• Coordinate with HR and business stakeholders to deliver culture and engagement programmes.
• Collect feedback and use participation and engagement data to improve future initiatives.
• Support internal communications connected to engagement activities and culture programmes.
• Help drive recognition, belonging and participation across group teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant experience in employee engagement, culture, employee experience, HR programmes or internal communications.
• Strong planning, creativity, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate campaigns, events and recognition initiatives across multiple teams.
• Comfort working with engagement feedback, participation data and programme follow-up.
