Role Overview

Mediclinic Middle East is recruiting a Registered Nurse - Medical Ward (Temporary role) to provide and coordinate patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care while meeting professional, regulatory and patient-safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care with the multiprofessional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent and manage clinical risks to protect patient safety.
• Create a positive patient experience and care environment under nursing leadership.
• Contribute to staff competence by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of current/recent experience in a medical-surgical ward.
• Basic Arabic skills, strong knowledge of patient-safety standards, computer literacy/MS Office and effective written and spoken English.
