Role Overview

Sales-administration role in Istanbul supporting Varian's sales organisation, tender documentation, medical-device registration, contracts and marketing events.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary administrative contact for the Varian sales organisation and help ensure smooth day-to-day sales support.
• Support tender processes, including preparation and coordination of tender documentation.
• Assist with medical-device registration and contract documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to sales activities and internal stakeholders.
• Support the Turkey marketing team with participation in congresses, exhibitions and related events.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• At least one year of relevant administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn technical terminology and product-related information.
• Native Turkish and fluent English.
