Role Overview

Senior facilities-engineering role leading technical governance and reliable operation of engineering systems across One Health-managed healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

Lead governance for mechanical, electrical, civil, plumbing, fire-protection, medical-gas and building systems; establish engineering standards, maintenance strategies and asset-lifecycle plans; guide multidisciplinary engineering teams; approve designs, methodologies, root-cause analyses and change requests; oversee preventive, predictive, corrective and reliability-centred maintenance; lead audits, inspections and condition assessments; support capital projects, upgrades, commissioning and due diligence; monitor contractors; drive energy, sustainability, digital and smart-building initiatives; prepare technical dashboards and CAPEX/OPEX forecasts; coordinate with Operations, Projects, Biomedical Engineering, Procurement, Finance and HSEQ; and lead technical response to failures, emergencies and business-continuity events.

Requirements and Qualifications

At least 15 years of engineering experience, including at least eight years in senior technical leadership within facilities management or healthcare engineering. Requires experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, asset management, engineering compliance, contractor management and technical governance.
