Medical Affairs and Training Manager
Role Focus & Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and medical support for pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Serve as the medical liaison for healthcare professionals, supporting product inquiries, scientific discussions, and relationship management.
- Lead product training initiatives including induction, product knowledge, disease awareness, compliance, and selling-skills programs.
- Assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps, and evaluate learning effectiveness through coaching, field visits, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and suppliers to support product launches, business objectives, and scientific activities.
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and company policies through accurate documentation, reporting, audit readiness, and maintenance of training and medical records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
- 6–8 years of experience in medical affairs, pharmaceutical training, or a similar role.
- Strong scientific expertise, pharmaceutical training experience, and excellent stakeholder-engagement skills.
