Mediclinic Middle East is recruiting a Assistant Nurse - Maternity Ward to provide patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while meeting clinical, legal and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care under Registered Nurse supervision in collaboration with the multiprofessional team and in line with clinical standards and legislation.
• Protect patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing clinical risks under Mediclinic policies and legal requirements.
• Support a positive patient experience by helping create a safe, supportive care environment under nursing leadership.
• Contribute to a learning environment that develops staff competence.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma.
• At least one year of experience in a maternity ward.
• Ability to work to patient-safety, clinical-risk and professional nursing standards.
