Role Overview

Group-wide training leadership role shaping operational excellence, service quality and patient experience across multiple PureHealth hospital facilities.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide face-to-face training for clinical and non-clinical teams; partner with leaders and clinical stakeholders to identify performance gaps and design measurable interventions; build immersive training programmes, materials and guides; strengthen doctors', nurses' and frontline teams' patient-experience and service behaviours; act as a culture and change champion; and monitor training effectiveness and refine programmes against strategic objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

Background in hospitality, healthcare operations or corporate training with a strong record of improving organisational learning and performance; experience with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders; at least five years leading high-visibility training initiatives across complex multi-site organisations; excellent presentation, facilitation and stakeholder-influence skills; hands-on delivery capability; fluent English with Arabic highly desirable.
