Role Overview

Mediclinic Middle East is hiring a Patient Administration Manager to lead patient/front-office administration, protect revenue-cycle governance and manage the patient journey from referral through follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the patient-administration team effectively.
• Monitor Revenue Cycle Management governance and compliance with regulatory, legislative and internal processes.
• Guide front-office, case-management and revenue-cycle functions and monitor process effectiveness.
• Provide efficient operational management across the assigned areas.
• Review PLP reports with stakeholders to monitor doctor performance.
• Oversee the effectiveness of client services and the end-to-end patient journey.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in commerce, health or hospitality.
• At least 3–5 years of management experience in a similar role.
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and related financial-function experience is desirable.
• Experience in patient-service delivery.
• Knowledge of budgeting/financial planning, contracts/SLAs, DRGs/case management, complex patient services, financial reporting, SAP/HIS, hospital/clinic operations and risk management.
