Role Overview

Mediclinic Middle East is recruiting a Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Manager to standardise and grow the rehabilitation service line, lead quality and governance and drive integrated multidisciplinary rehabilitation across the assigned cluster.

Responsibilities

• Standardise and develop the divisional physiotherapy and rehabilitation service line across the assigned cluster.
• Improve efficiency across applicable business units and provide leadership on quality and governance.
• Support the quality of clinical services with operational and clinical stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and reposition the service toward an integrated, collaborative rehabilitation programme through cross-functional work.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licence to practise and BLS/ACLS certification.
• Eligibility/licensure with the relevant UAE Health Authority as a Physiotherapist.
• At least eight years as a physiotherapist, including at least four years with leadership responsibilities.
• Hospital-operations experience is desirable.
