Job Description
Join a multidisciplinary care team supporting recovery through individualized, evidence-based nursing and attention to patient safety, dignity and clinical quality. Maintain clinical quality and patient-safety standards throughout day-to-day care. Support patients with empathy, respect and attention to their individual needs.

Requirements & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent credential.
- A valid nursing licence from the country of origin subject to any required revalidation.
- Eligibility for the Qatar licensing-authority psychiatric professional scope stated on the employer’s vacancy page.
- At least three years of nursing experience, including one year in psychiatric or addiction care; recent graduates of Qatar-based institutions who completed their internships are also welcomed.
- Working proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Current continuing professional development in relevant clinical areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialist certification in mental-health or addiction nursing is an advantage.
