The Consultant – OB/GYN position supports Obstetrics & Gynecology activities in a specialist hospital environment in Kuwait. 3. Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level obstetric and gynecological care, including antenatal assessment and management of high-risk pregnancy.
• Manage normal and complicated childbirth, including cesarean and instrumental delivery when clinically indicated.
• Evaluate recurrent miscarriage, pelvic and hormonal disorders, menopause-related concerns and urinary complaints.
• Support cervical-cancer assessment, fetal anomaly scanning and other relevant diagnostic investigations.
• Provide conservative or procedural treatment and supervise junior clinicians within the specialty.
• Support quality, patient safety and continuing medical education.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Medical degree with advanced postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Relevant fellowship, membership, MD or equivalent specialist qualification.
• Valid Kuwait Ministry of Health OB/GYN Consultant licence.
• Extensive post-specialty clinical experience.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• Gynecological ultrasound and ACLS/BLS credentials are desirable.
• Arabic language capability is preferred.
