2. Job Description

Conduct comprehensive consultations and assessments of patients presenting with ENT-related symptoms and conditions. Perform diagnostic procedures, including endoscopies, audiograms, and imaging studies, to accurately diagnose ENT disorders.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and assessments of patients presenting with ENT-related symptoms and conditions.
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including endoscopies, audiograms, and imaging studies, to accurately diagnose ENT disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, incorporating medical, surgical, and/or therapeutic interventions.
• Perform surgical procedures, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and tympanoplasties, as required.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing ENT surgeries, monitoring their progress and managing any complications.
• Collaborate with other medical specialists, including audiologists, speech therapists, oncologists, and radiologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Stay abreast of advancements in ENT medicine and surgical techniques through continuous medical education and professional development activities.
• Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to medical knowledge.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized institution, with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Board certification or equivalent accreditation in Otolaryngology.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in diagnosing and treating ENT disorders, preferably in a hospital setting.

6. Skills

• Proficiency in performing a wide range of ENT surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed clinical decisions.
