- Provide comprehensive care to newborns with critical illnesses or requiring special medical attention.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures on newborns.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for newborn patients.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Communicate effectively with families, providing updates and support regarding their infant’s condition and treatment plans.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in neonatology and implement best practices.
- Participate in training and mentoring junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
4. Requirements & Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Neonatology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in neonatology.
5. Preferred Qualifications
- experience in a NICU setting.
