• Provide individual coaching and support to nursing staff as needed.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Proven experience as a nursing trainer or educator.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• master’s degree in nursing or education (preferred).

6. Skills

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficient in the use of educational technologies and simulation equipment.
