Google is hiring an Occupational Health and Safety Nurse in Taipei. The role supports employee health, workplace health protection and wellbeing through health education, first aid, emergency treatment, health consultation and occupational-injury documentation.

2. Job Description

The nurse works with Google's Benefits and People Operations teams to implement occupational-health and safety activities, evaluate workplace health risks, maintain injury and disease records and support local and regional employee-health projects.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement labor health-protection activities including education, awareness and health guidance, and provide first aid, emergency treatment and health consultation.
• Maintain records of occupational injuries and diseases and support investigations and documentation of on-site injuries.
• Identify and evaluate potential workplace health and safety precautions.
• Promote healthy lifestyles and employee wellbeing through teaching and awareness activities.
• Collaborate with the Benefits and wider People Operations team on local and regional projects.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Nursing certificate with a local Registered Nurse license and Occupational Health nurse certificate.
• 2 years of experience working in an Employee Health Management capacity.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR policies and practices, employment laws and compliance guidelines.
• Experience working independently and in a team environment.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing techniques, anatomy, occupational medicine, industrial hygiene and occupational safety.
• Ability to think strategically while managing details.
• Ability to build relationships across global time zones through email and video calls.
• Fluent English and Mandarin for regional client relationship management.
