• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, incorporating surgical and non-surgical interventions as appropriate.
• Perform orthopaedic surgeries with precision and proficiency, adhering to best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Stay abreast of advancements in orthopaedic medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical decision-making.
• Provide education and counselling to patients and their families regarding orthopaedic conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care.
• Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in orthopaedic surgery.
• Minimum 10 years of experience practicing as an Orthopaedic Consultant, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.

• Proficiency in performing a wide range of orthopaedic surgeries, including but not limited to joint replacements, arthroscopic procedures, and fracture repairs.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide compassionate care to patients.
