The Registrar – OB/GYN (Females Only) position supports Obstetrics & Gynecology activities in a specialist hospital environment in Kuwait. The role focuses on the clinical, professional or technical responsibilities listed below, while working with relevant teams and following hospital quality and safety standards.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage women with obstetric and gynecological conditions in inpatient, outpatient and emergency settings.
• Perform relevant diagnostic assessment, including ultrasound when required, and support treatment planning.
• Participate in ward rounds, deliveries and management of normal or complicated obstetric cases within privileges.
• Assist with gynecological procedures and operations and maintain complete records and referrals.
• Support patient safety, quality improvement and continuing medical education.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Medical degree with postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid Kuwait Ministry of Health Registrar licence in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Relevant clinical experience, with approximately five years in total and at least one and a half years after the postgraduate qualification.
• English communication is required; Arabic is an advantage.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• Gynecological ultrasound and ACLS/BLS credentials are preferred.
