The physical therapy supervisor manages inpatient and outpatient service operations, workforce planning, quality and safety, mentoring and professional development, and works with other clinical disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily physiotherapy services and staffing across inpatient and outpatient care.
- Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, service capacity and professional standards.
- Mentor therapists, support training and manage service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical colleagues and address patient and family concerns.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy.
- Seven or more years of experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Physical therapy registration and professional licensure in country of origin.
