Guidance & Privacy Notice
Use short application notes only. Do not enter passport numbers, identity documents, medical records, passwords or financial details.
Medical Job Application Tracker
A Simple Tracking Workflow
Save the official role title and employer after you verify the application source. Record the application date and set a realistic follow-up date only when the employer provides no other instruction.
Update status from saved to applied, interview, offer or closed. A tracker status is your private workflow note; it is not evidence of an employer decision.
Overdue Follow-ups
The tracker highlights a past follow-up date while an item remains open. Before contacting anyone, recheck the source and respect any instruction that asks applicants not to follow up.
Export, Print and Reset
CSV export creates a local copy you control. Print uses the browser print dialog. Reset permanently removes this tool's records from this browser, so export first if you need a backup.

Application Tracker FAQ
Where are tracker records stored?
They are stored in this browser on this device. The tool does not create an account or send the records to Medical Jobs.
Can I use the tracker on another device?
Not automatically. Export a CSV for your own backup; it is not an import or synchronization service.
What should I avoid entering?
Do not enter passwords, passport or identity numbers, financial data, medical records, or copies of sensitive documents.
What does the overdue highlight mean?
It means your chosen follow-up date has passed while the item is still open. It does not mean the employer owes a response.
